While we strive for accuracy, all financial calculations and projections are estimates and should not be considered financial advice. PropMetrics does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.
3. AI and analytics

- Projections and recommendations do not guarantee investment performance.
- Users should independently verify all calculations and consult a financial advisor if needed.
- PropMetrics does not assume liability for investment decisions made based on AI insights.
4. Data usage
- Users retain ownership of their property and portfolio data.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and platform analytics.

6. Subscription and payments

- Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and PropMetrics does not store credit card details.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy, and prorated refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.
7. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform in any way. Users may also request account deletion at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
PropMetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Under no circumstances shall PropMetrics be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
